Gospel artist serenades FCT residents with soulful worship rendition

Renowned Abuja based gospel artist, Fortune Osamudiamen serenaded some FCT residents on Friday as he performed soulful worship rendition .

Osamudiamen, whose song ‘Dependable God’ is a favorite among gospel music fans, left a trail of emotional guests after his performance which also featured words of encouragement.

The event also witnessed the launch of his album ‘Ephphatha’, which was given rave reviews by guests.

While describing the journey to recording the worship album, Osamudiamen reiterated the need for Christians to have faith in God no matter the situation they find themselves.

“There is great need to put all our trust in God. People lie because they know they cannot deliver on their promises.

“God does not lie because he delivers. You don’t need an alternative when you have God. We need to have faith in him,” Osamudiamen said.

Meanwhile, Pastor Chris Abraham of Living Faith Church, Jahi in his message, stressed the need for Nigerians to impact the lives of other people as that was the essence of living.

“The best way to live is to use your life to bless others. Fortune is blessing humanity with this album. Some people age gracefully and others do not because it depends on the number of lives you have blessed.

“Some people are not living despite being alive, and some are dead but still live because they have succeeded in duplicating their lives through the goodness they impact on other lives,” Abraham said.

Some guests who spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), said that they felt charged to put their talents into good use and change the world for better. .

Andrew Ordia, a singer said that he was encouraged to put in more work in his music seeing the support and impact that Osamudiamen’s music has so far made.

“This means a lot to me and I have learnt a lot. More than that, the ministration was a blessing and I felt edified, ” he said.

Similarly, Funke Raji praised Osamudiamen’s ministration, adding that she would henceforth make it a personal duty to use her God given gift to bless the lives of people around her.

NAN reports that the event also featured performances from other gospel artists including Asu Ekiye, T Max, Reuben Okala, King Praise, Imara Joyce and A. O. Chucks.
